1. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and choose your preferred payment method.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Free of charge.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at shophub.pk1@gmail.com or call our customer service number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders already dispatched cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

4. What are your shipping options and delivery times? We offer free Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

5. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our carrier's website.

6. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping services to more locations in the future.

Returns and Refunds

7. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

9. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
